She customizes care to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her use of motivational interviewing and personalized talk therapy, in conjunction with medication management, assure that her patients feel understood, validated, and comfortable with the presented unique treatment plan. Meghan believes in collaborative care and is receptive to working with your healthcare team including therapists, neurologists, and primary care providers to assure your healthcare goals are being met.

Resilient Minds Psychiatry NJ offers compassionate psychiatric services. Care is offered to patients in the comfort of a private office and through a secure tele-medicine platform. The practice treats patients with varying diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, post traumatic stress, and focus/concentration disorders. Resilient Minds' philosophy is founded in prioritization of the patient and their individual needs. The patient is the center of the therapeutic relationship.
